The festival is named after director Khaled Galal, president of the Center for Artistic Creativity, in recognition of his career and support for young talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The festival includes 39 free events and performances held at various theaters in Minya, as well as a parade on the Nile Corniche featuring historical costumes that express Egyptian identity. It also includes a number of seminars, theater competitions, and free training workshops in the performing arts, including workshops on scenography and playwriting, with the participation of experts from Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s festival features 200 artists, including 42 Arab and foreign artists from nine countries, in addition to 158 Egyptian artists.
