ArtTalks Gallery is hosting a new exhibition by artist Ali Said titled “Back to the Beginning,” a visual experience that explores the relationship between visual history and contemporary reality through works that combine painting, symbolic composition, and abstraction.

The exhibition builds a multi-layered visual world inspired by ancient Egyptian heritage, miniatures, and portraiture, while incorporating contemporary elements where the human figure intersects with machines and geometric structures, in an attempt to rethink the individual’s place within current social and technological transformations.

The works raise questions about memory, identity, and visual continuity without offering direct answers, as the artist creates an open space for reflection and reinterpretation.

The exhibition opens on the evening of Sunday, May 17, 2026, in the presence of the visual arts community and those interested in the contemporary art scene.
