The film “The Ladder and the Snake: Children’s Play” is currently showing in a number of theaters in Cairo and other governorates, in a new experience that carries the vision of director Tarek Al-Aryan, who returns to present a contemporary treatment of the famous love story between Ahmed and Malak, where their relationship transforms from mutual admiration to love, with each party seeking to impress the other with their personality and actions, in an attempt to make the relationship withstand the challenges of reality.

The film is written by Ahmed Hosni and Tarek Al-Aryan (story and screenplay), and stars Amr Youssef, Asmaa Galal, Zafar Al-Abdeen, Majid Al-Masri, Hatem Salah, and Fadwa Abed.
