Baligh Hamdy: A brilliant beginning and a dramatic end

His name was Baligh Abdelhamid Hamdy Morsi. He was born on October 7, 1932, on Tawfiqia Street in Rod al-Farag, in the historic Shubra neighborhood, and died on September 12, 1993, at the Gustave Roussy Hospital in France.
